P. Harsha Vardhana is AVP, Head of QMS at Optimus. He has over 18+ years of rich experience around Quality compliance, Quality systems, Good Manufacturing Practices & Regulatory compliance.

He brings extensive experience in technical operations and quality, gained working in varying roles in the pharmaceutical industry. He has a strong track record of successfully leading significant improvement and transformation programs around Quality Management systems.

Harsha holds a Master’s in science from Andhra University. Prior to joining Optimus, He has been associated with Organisations such as Dr Reddy’s, Aurobindo, Laurus Labs.
