He has held several leadership positions that have contributed significantly to the performance of the companies he worked for.

Dr Pandita focuses on advancing scientific breakthrough leadership in Drug development for complex generic and complex manufacturing processes with strategic end – to end priorities on the company’s portfolio, R&D activities, Quality & Regulatory management, manufacturing infrastructures and deliverables.

Dr Pandita holds PhD in Organic chemistry. Prior to joining Optimus Dr Pandita has served RAKS as Managing Director, a subsidiary of Amneal Pharmaceuticals & held executive positions in companies like Morepen Labs, Zydus, Ranbaxy.
